Best Practice Procedures for moving during the COVID-19 Outbreak

We have produced a guide on how we will operate and what is expected from our clients to reduce of risk.

Local Surveys/Quotations

To reduce contact and risk we are happy to provide quotations remotely using our existing Online Quotation Form.

If you prefer a home visit you can request this by completing our request form or calling 01983 566425

Our surveyors will carry gloves & face-masks in addition to using hand sanitiser immediately prior to arrival and on departure.

Preferably vacate the property on our arrival, leaving doors & windows open. In any event always adhere to the minimum 2 metre social distance rule.

Office & Warehouse Opening Hours

We are currently operating at reduced staffing levels and recommend any essential visits are by prior arrangement.

Telephone & Email will be monitored during normal office hours.

Ferry Precautions/Disruptions

Wightlink are operating a revised service, see Timetable

Portsmouth – Fishbourne 

Currently operating an hourly service From 06:00 Fishbourne & 07:00 Portsmouth up to and including 19:00 Portsmouth and 20:00 Fishbourne. Other sailing available outside these hours.

Lymington-Yarmouth

Sailings are currently suspended but due to resume on 17th July 2020.
