Picture & Video Survey

3 Steps to a comprehensive and accurate quotation

Step 1 – Take pictures

The images should include everything being moved including contents of any fitted cupboards or wardrobes – normally one picture taken from opposite corners of a room is sufficient.

Important notes for taking pictures

  • Landscape format is generally better for maximum coverage
  • Capture the whole room/area – not individual items
  • Special Care items or furniture for disassembly – Individual images of these items should be submitted for closer assessment
  • Remember to include all areas – Hallway – Loft – Garden – Sheds – Storage cupboards etc.

Additional notes for taking video clips

  • Pan slowly – Start at one end and slowly pan around to the other end of the room/area
  • Pause For ‘busy’ areas – pause for a couple of seconds as you pan around for clarity

Step 2 – Send us your images

Firstly, send a short message to our WhatsApp account stating your surname and postcode

Then upload all your Pictures and/or clips for assessment.

Step 3 – Send us your details

Complete and submit the questionnaire below
