Removal Quotation – Picture & Video Survey

Please complete this form when submitting images for a remote survey.

We will need 1 or 2 photo’s or a short video clip from each area in order to see everything being moved, including contents from fitted cupboards & wardrobes.

The images should include everything being moved, normally one picture taken from opposite corners of a room is sufficient.

Important notes for taking pictures

  • Landscape format is generally better for maximum coverage
  • Capture the whole room/area – not individual items
  • Images of individual items should be used for ‘special care’ items or furniture for disassembly
  • Remember to include all areas inc. Hall – Loft – Garden – Sheds – Storage cupboards etc.

Additional notes for taking video clips

  • Start at one end and slowly pan around to the other end of the room/area
  • For ‘busy’ areas, pause for a couple of seconds as you pan for clarity
