Moving furniture safely and efficiently is a skill that takes years to master, therefore any decent company will employ its staff on a full time basis to attract and keep the most experienced workers.
Sadly, many removal companies rely too much on ‘casual’ labour with little or no training to keep their costs down. Unfortunately, this can lead to poor service and damages – it’s no wonder some companies charge extra for insurance!
Continual monitoring of our performance is done via pre paid quality questionnaire cards given to our customers on the day of the move. These cards are addressed directly to checkatrade.com and once verified as genuine are published on their website. Feedback can also be left online via the checkatrade website.
